The State of Missouri is seeking a experienced individual to serve on the communications team as the primary digital media producer, shooting and editing social media and other video content. Duties include graphic art support and the creation of animated graphics. Experience with DSLR cameras, lighting and other video equipment is required. This individual serves on a working group to support social media content development and will also interview winners, write news releases, take photos, post stories, etc. The successful applicant will be detail oriented and highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, etc. Knowledge of AP style is preferred, along with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft products. This is an in-person position.

Minimum Qualifications:
Three or more years of professional experience in video production; and graduation from an accredited four-year college with specialization in video production, radio and television production, graphic art animation, mass communications, or closely related areas . (Additional qualifying experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the stated education.)
