Description
The Missouri Veterans Home is looking for a PRN Registered Nurse to help us grow our nursing assistants. If you hold a CNA Instructor Certification and have a passion for teaching in a rewarding environment, we have the job for you. Apply today!Hourly Wage: $38.92 - $41.80
Examples of Work:
- Instruct the Certified Nursing Aide classes held at the Home
- Adhere to infection control procedures as trained and train others in these procedures
- Participate in in-service and continuing education presentations
- Evaluate the skills and abilities of CNA student trainees and provide constructive feedback
- Follow established policies and procedures. Document all nursing assessments, interventions and evaluations
Qualifications:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Missouri - in good standing
- 1+ year of experience as a registered nurse
- Certified Nursing Aide Instructor Certification
