SAP Functional Manager* to supervise and direct Functional and Technical Analysts involved in systems operation, maintenance, and support for the County-wide enterprise SAP system. Essential duties include planning, organizing, and coordinating operations and providing guidance on SAP projects and assignments; supervising SAP Analysts and related staff; making policy recommendations to the SAP Chief; and leading multiple integrated and complex projects.

Minimum Requirements CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION Must possess a completed Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, accounting, business or public administration, or closely related field.
EXPERIENCE Must possess four (4) years of experience (in a large organization) in any of the areas below which
includes one (1) year of supervisory experience
AND one (1) year of experience providing SAP system support and/or working with one of the core software applications in the SAP Business Suite at the enterprise level:
- Business systems analysis or Information technology project management
- Professional-level accounting experience performing systems and procedures analysis
- Systems, Network, or Database Administration
- Software engineering

Desired QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:
- A Master's degree.
- Functional and Technical SAP experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop a thorough understanding of business processes for a variety of County functions.
- Experience in teaching technical topics to non-technical staff and training end-users.
- Proven ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
