Position DescriptionPerforms coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of a specific department or college. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department as well as the monitoring operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.
Major/Essential Functions- Scheduling travel for site visits including booking flights and hotels and submitting reimbursements
- Order office supplies, process purchase orders and complete invoicing process
- Maintaining & Updating databases for potential and past candidates
- Maintaining & updating advertising dates with documentation of postings
- Compiling information and screenshots for EEO on new job requisitions
- Communicating with prospective faculty regarding travel, itineraries and job opportunities
- Maintains relationships with internal and external departments
- Schedules meetings on behalf of the Director, prepares meeting materials and minutes as needed
- Adapts to last minute schedule changes
- Assist with various other daily operations
- Ensure attention to detail as per the policies and procedures of the office, school and institution
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years.
