Working with the Division of Youth Services is more than it seems. This is a first-level administrative support position in support of a work unit in a treatment program for youth in the care of the Missouri Division of Youth Services. This position works within set guidelines and under direct supervisor performing a variety of clerical tasks.

The following tasks are the responsibility of the Administrative Support Clerk:



Knowledge, skills & abilities

Knowledge of general office practices. Ability to maintain clerical records and operate basic office equipment. Ability to interact on the telephone or in person with the public.

Six or more months of experience in office support work; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency. OR Less than one year of related experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)

(15 earned credit hours from an accredited college or university may substitute for the required experience.)
