Responsible for the tasks below as well as being a subject expert on various processes/systems/procedures as defined by the Station QHSE Manager.The expected pay rate is $21.00/hour. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.Your activities Ensure the station risk register is completed, maintained, and followed.Ensures safety and quality audits are conducted, reviewed and closed.Assists in the development of audit plans for the station.Conducts and/ assists accident/incident investigations, as required.Conducts safety and quality audits and QHSE training within the station, as directed.Coordinates safety and quality initiatives.Reviews station employee injury trends and direct corrective action.Reviews aircraft damage and directs corrective action.Conducts risk assessments as directed. Ensures Risk Assessments are completed.Coordinates safety promotion and quality initiatives.Reviews and coordinates the Quality Management System completeness and ensures the system is kept current.Provides station leadership with periodic progress reports, audit schedules and assessments of safety and quality programs.Completes projects/assignments as directed by station QHSE Manager.Provide reports (as required) to HOA/Region/Station regarding trends, performance, gaps, etc. or other reports as directed.Hold periodic safety meetings with management and employees at the station.Posting all safety information from local, corporate and customer communicationsMaintain the safety board(s) with new informationParticipate in daily briefingsComplete at least two (2) audits per shiftPeer to peer coachingModerate monthly safety meetingsConduct audits in accordance with the Swissport NAA audit program and carrier programsAssist in the preparation and publishing regular safety and operational briefingsAssist in the analysis and evaluation of audit findings, comprehensive fixes and trendsCommunicate daily with Duty Managers in order to coordinate tasks for the day and communicate safety findings/concernsYour profile Valid driver's licenseAbility to communicate with all levels of managementMust be able to work in teams with minimal supervisionFlexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work under pressureStrong communications skills (verbal and written)Must be able to lift up 50 poundsWhat we offer 401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planTuition reimbursementVision insuranceAt Swissport, we believe in diversity, equal opportunity, and the power of our values to drive our success.
