Who will I be working with? You will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and training analysts.
What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Secret clearance.
Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors.
What will I be doing? Using your expertise in training scheduling systems, you will be managing the student training pipeline for assigned training, supporting USAF readiness and future operations training. In addition, you will:
- Determine proper training requirements as determined by government guidance
- Coordinate with training venues for student placement and provide reports on training status
- Provide pipeline scheduling for USAF training using multiple software platform resources
- Assist with office management to include security requirements, automated data processing equipment management, and other assigned duties related to pipeline management
- Perform other assigned tasks to analyze scheduling and student training
- Answer incoming calls
- Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
- Active Secret clearance
- Experience and understanding of military training
- 3 years pipeline management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of military rank structure to include United States Air Force, United States Navy, United States Space Force, and United States Army
- Knowledge of training scheduling systems to include classified systems
- Experience with the following systems:
- Global Command and Control System
- Deliberate Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments
- Joint Operations Planning and Execution Segments
- Discrepancy Reporting Deployment Planning Reporting Tool
- AF Reporting Instruction Tool
- MILPDS
- Air Force Personnel Accountability (AFPASS)
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervisory oversight
