Job Description:
Seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in employment based immigration law to join a team of high caliber colleagues with quality support in the way of legal, technical and administrative staff. The ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of immigration law and procedures, is expected to supervise paralegals and support staff, and works well in a collaborative environment. A detailed evaluation of the candidate's knowledge of U.S. immigration law will be part of the preliminary interview process.
Requirements:
Excellent substantive and technical grasp of the IV and NIV process based on experience processing cases including H-1B, L-1 A/B, O-1, E-1, E-2 and E-3. Experience with EB-5 cases is preferred.
The ability to stay calm and focused, supervise and motivate paralegals and support staff.
