TS/SCI Mid-Level Information Assurance Specialist (PQC Transition)

Summary

Information Assurance SpecialistInsight Global is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Information Assurance Specialist sitting onsite at the Pentagon to support post-quantum cryptography (PQC) transition and modernization efforts across DoD systems and networks. This individual will identify security risks and vulnerabilities, develop and implement Information Assurance (IA) policies and requirements, evaluate secure system and network configurations, and support the migration of enterprise environments to next-generation cryptographic capabilities. The ideal candidate will also leverage data analytics experience to assess and manage large datasets supporting security and modernization initiatives.Responsibilities include:Develop, test, and operate security tools used to identify risks across networks, systems, and applications.Conduct security risk and vulnerability assessments to support PQC migration activities.Develop, implement, and maintain Information Assurance (IA) policies, doctrine, and security requirements.Evaluate secure system and network configurations, architectures, and security tools to ensure compliance with security standards.Analyze large datasets to support security assessments, reporting, and decision-making efforts.Contribute to project deliverables, metrics, and technical documentation.Research and recommend solutions to complex security challenges impacting enterprise systems.Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Compensation: $47.88/hr to $52.88/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
