Court Room Presentation Specialist

The proposed staff member assisting the case team must be available by phone for questions after business hours and during the weekend as trial preparation progresses.

The specialist may also need to be present during the trial in the event that an issue or error arises. However, it is not anticipated that this person will be running the presentation from the hot seat during trial.

An in-person training session for NDDS staff member during trial preparation on how to make changes to the synchronization file and reload to Sanction is also required in order to make changes during trial.

Trials are currently scheduled for:

• June 13, 2016
• July 11, 2016
• September 2016 (tentative)
• October 2016 (tentative)

Estimated time is 40 hours a week
