This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration. This role will be integrated into the Digital Operations team to assist with the administration and improvement of the Entegris marketing team's tech stack and digital technologies. The team's work supports the organization by developing and maintaining a robust, modern tech stack and by improving both internal and external user experiences. This role will help coordinate projects, manage workflows, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital tools and processes operate effectively. The role provides hands‑on experience working with project management systems, web platforms, and business stakeholders while developing skills in digital operations and technology management.What You'll Do: Write, track, prioritize, and coordinate work items, user stories, and support tickets.Support website and digital platform updates and maintenance.Document business processes and recommend improvements.Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities.Support digital marketing platforms, systems, and technologies.Participate in meetings and collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams.Research new technologies and support digital transformation initiatives.What We Seek: Excellent organizational skills; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong English language skills, both verbal and writtenStrong listening and communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyIndependent self-starterA curious mindset and passion for learningSome experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a bonusDesired Major(s) & Graduation Year: Currently pursuing a major in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Graduating 2027/2028.Eligibility Must be a currently enrolled student. Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
