If so, read on!Comeandwork with the best of the best at Envoy Airwhere you will join a team committed toprovidingoutstanding service.We offer:Amazingemployee flight privileges within the American Airlines global networkTraining and development programs to take your career to the next levelComprehensive health and life benefits(subject to location)Responsibilities How will you make an impact?ResponsibilitiesResponsible to management for the coordination of the overall operation within an assigned functional areaEnsure adequate operational coverage; responsible for scheduling and manpower utilizationMaintain a safe, dependable and consistent operationConduct Agent observationsSchedule and administer local training including new hire trainingMaintain supplies and inventory control logsPrepare customer correspondence, investigate discrepancies and compile statistical data for reportsComplete administrative dutiesPerform Station Agent work within the ramp service operation, as requiredLoad and unload baggage and cargo on and off aircraftTransport items between terminals, aircraft and the bag room using belt-loaders, tugs, carts and other equipmentMarshal aircraft which requires working closely with teammates to ensure a safe pathClean and service cabin interiors, including seatback pockets, cushions, tray tables, overhead bins, cockpit, galley, and the lavatoryDe-ice aircraft which requires using equipment to apply chemicals/compounds, if applicableOrganize work groups and handlemultiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentQualifications Who we're looking for?RequirementsMinimum Age: 18High school diploma, GED, or internationalequivalentPossess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver's license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, days off, and be able to report to work on a regular and timely basisFlexible to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and as needed due to operational necessityMust be able to perform all duties in various weather conditions and time constraintsMust be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writingAbility to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English languagePossess the legal right to work in the United StatesA minimum of one year of customer service experience preferredPrevious experience in a team-lead capacity preferredOrganization and interpersonal skills are necessaryAbove-average qualities of leadership, initiative, and judgment are essentialAdministrative background preferredAbove average attendance preferredSome locations may desire previous airline experience including working knowledge of an airline's ticketing system and/or ramp operationsPlease note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
