Identifies, prevents, corrects, and eliminates loss caused by internal, external, and paperwork errors.ResponsibilitiesPartnership with Store Management Team to maintain control of shrinkage in all of its formsConduct internal and external investigations, writes, and maintains reports, testifies in court cases, interviews subjects, suspects, witnesses, and victims via physical/CCTV meansConduct safety reviews and inspectionsConduct routine employee spot checks on purchases, holds, personal belongings and trashConduct routine physical security checksResponsible for the development, coordination, and execution of the emergency/disaster planMaintain accountability through clear performance expectationsAdditional responsibilities to be determined as business requiresWorks in partnership with store management in matters concerning loss preventionQualificationsMust be 21 years of age or olderPassion for superior service and helping othersCheerful and positive attitudeConsistent and reliableBasic knowledge of shoplifting laws and/or law enforcement experience requiredBe willing to work a flexible scheduleMust possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (to attend court cases, travel to police station(s), and perform other duties outside of Hamrick's facilities)Ability of sitting for long periods, standing and being physically able to apprehend shopliftersAbility to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis#J-18808-Ljbffr
