The Court Monitor Staff reports directly to the Team Leader or the Manager of Altitude Trampoline Park.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent Altitude Trampoline Park by maintaining a professional attitude in keeping with the park's philosophyCommunicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner.Maintain positive guest experience by using our SMILES philosophyCommunicate any potentially dangerous elements of the facility to the leadership teamPerform patron surveillance with a whistler from the pre-set surveillance areaRemain alert and use all sensesRecord equipment inspectionsComplete the trampoline safety checklist at the beginning of each day, and report problems to manager on dutyMaintaining a clean work environmentSet up trampoline stations for various activities such as aerobics classes, dodgeball,Handle all incidents in a manner appropriate to your trainingAssist the Park Management Team in keeping the Community informed of party activitiesMaintain a safe and secure facility for all park guestsProvides or performs other services or duties as required by managementQualifications & SkillsMust be 16 years of age with working papersAbility to communicateProfessional, "Altitude" attitude and workExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
