To support a growing practice, the full-time EDI Registration Specialist will submit and manage EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments for government and commercial payers, resolve payment misrouting issues, and maintain accurate payer information in a remote environment.Key responsibilitiesSubmit and manage EDI, ERA, and EFT enrollments while resolving payment misrouting issuesCoordinate timely payer follow-up to ensure successful enrollment completion and address changesAdminister user portal access for RCM staff, ensuring appropriate permissions and timely accessRequired qualificationsHigh School diploma or GED preferred with 3+ years of experience in medical office billing or related fieldsBasic knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, and other major commercial payersExperience with payer enrollment software preferred; SmartSheet experience is a plusStrong attention to detail in managing enrollment processes and provider informationAbility to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining effective communication
