In this role, specific focus is on Architecture and Mapping.Location: Fort Meade (Annapolis Junction), MDLocation: Honolulu, HIResponsibilities:Design and build the machine-readable, governed baseline data architectureDefine data schemas, ontologies, and standards for terrain and dependency dataEstablish data governance framework and baseline maintenance proceduresIntegrate data from multiple sources including travel team field collections, component staffs, mission partners, and existing databasesLead transition of baseline maintenance to component/subordinate ownersReceive and ingest travel team field-collected data within 48 hours of team returnQualifications Required:Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider Associate +14 or HS +16 years of experienceExpertise in data architecture, graph databases, and geospatial data managementExperience building governed, machine-readable baselines for DoD programsFamiliarity with DoD data standards (VAULTIS, DoD Data Strategy) and RMF requirementsKnowledge of classified data transport and ingestion procedures for TS/SCI environmentsU.S. Citizenship requiredActive TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCITarget Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
