Summary
Summary:Bridge Defense seeks highly qualified All-Source Analysts to support a rotating-shift analyst role at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling supporting intelligence collection, analysis, and product development to ICD 203 standards. Requires TS/SCI with CI Poly and experience authoring DoD product lines for senior policymakers. The schedule follows a 5-week rotation cycling through days, swings, and nights, with one admin/recovery week and one on-call week built in.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and interpret information from multiple sources to provide actionable intelligence assessmentsExperience with strategic all-Source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findingsSynthesize data to support decision-making and identifying emerging threats or trendsAbility to support a rotating shift scheduleAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with INDOPACOM and/or CENTCOM AORKnowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environmentExperience authoring DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standardsAbility to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefingsAbility to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyBachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience conducting all-Source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degreeAdditional Qualifications / Nice to have:Experience working in a Joint Staff environmentExperience briefing senior defense clientsGeneral Factors:Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40-hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it.Willing to travel, if needed.No Relocation.Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.Clearance:TS/SCI withcurrentCI Poly (adjudicated within the past 5 years)Location:The Pentagon; On-siteSalary Range:95K - 110KWhen we review candidates' information, we are looking for the best matches for the position based on the qualifications listed in the job posting.
