Our award-winning EPS Monitoring Center is adding a Dispatcher to the team! Are you looking to gain experience in a professional environment? Are you interested in a role that positively impacts local communities? Then our family-owned, 24/7 Monitoring Center is the fit for you!

Duties include but not limited to:
  • Effectively and efficiently monitor alarm signals and follow protocols to resolve the alarm signal.
  • Contact customer and proper emergency authorities when applicable.
  • Properly document all responses to alarms and follow all established rules.
  • Process customer account changes.
  • Promptly and professionally answer telephone calls and log information from customers.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience in working customers in person or over the phone.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of basic computer functions and ability to type 35 WPM accurately.
  • Ability to work in Grand Rapids, Michigan, without relocation assistance.
