Schedule: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM | 40 hours per week

Security Management Innovation (SMI) is hiring professional and experienced Security Officers to join our residential community account at Buckley Towers in North Miami Beach.

We are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-service-oriented officers who can maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, vendors, and property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor access points and property activity.
• Conduct routine security patrols and inspections.
• Maintain a professional presence throughout the property.
• Assist residents, guests, and management as needed.
• Complete required daily activity and incident reports.
• Respond appropriately to security concerns and emergencies.
• Maintain communication with SMI management and dispatch.

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Security D License.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Must be flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as required.
