- Direct website content strategy, publishing cadence, and site optimization across multiple domains, with a focus on engagement, lead volume, and discoverability through both traditional SEO and AI search optimization (AIO).
- Own consumer database and email marketing strategy — including content and contact planning — to drive database growth, and integrate paid social campaigns into the broader digital ecosystem to strengthen overall campaign performance.
- Maximize organic content strategies that build conversation and earned reach, and identify emerging distribution channels to reach audiences as they shift platforms.
- Measure, monitor, and optimize performance across all digital marketing efforts.
- Work closely with marketing and advertising leadership to ensure campaigns are coordinated across channels.
- Partner with the analytics team to define success metrics and benchmarks for internal teams and external partners.
- Leverage strategic partnerships and marquee events to extend campaign reach and impact.
- Manage internal channel teams and external resources, including advertising agencies and marketing technology partners.
- Develop and maintain executive-ready performance reporting, and regularly brief management on insights, trends, and recommendations related to team effectiveness.
- Lead and motivate a team by creating an inspiring environment and clearly communicating goals and performance expectations.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes are communicated and followed within the team.

- Solid track record for developing and implementing multi-channel digital strategy.
- Strong interpersonal and partnering skills, and ability to achieve results with diverse groups.
- Ability to drive results under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
