Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments and updates
• Coordinate schedules and routing for service calls
• Assist with incoming calls and customer communication
• Maintain accurate job and customer information
• Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow between departments

Requirements

• Previous dispatching or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and positive attitude
• Must be dependable and detail-oriented
• Monday - Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
