As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll help ensure every service experience runs smoothly from start to finish. Your ability to coordinate technicians, communicate with customers, and keep operations moving forward will directly impact customer satisfaction, team success, and the quality of service we deliver.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and dispatch technicians based on certifications, skills, and customer needs while providing timely updates throughout the repair process.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by answering questions, securing approvals, managing purchase orders, and ensuring a positive service experience.
- Monitor technician productivity, track repair progress, and help keep service work on schedule and aligned with company standards.
- Support the full service lifecycle, including parts coordination, vendor purchase orders, maintenance agreements, invoicing details, and operational follow-through.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to organize multiple priorities, manage schedules, and coordinate activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and confidence working with service systems, repair documentation, purchase orders, and invoicing processes.
- A team-first mindset with a commitment to professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- You'll be part of a hardworking team that values safety, integrity, and doing the right thing.
