Watch Officer

The position represents multiple openings. This position level is contingent on applicant specific qualifications and experience. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 1-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3-20+ years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings
- Ability to direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24/7 operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness
- Experience with crisis management in high-risk or high consequence environments, including federal or state law enforcement, military or intelligence operations
- Knowledge of the customer's intelligence operations life cycle and how to provide effective support through all stages
- Ability to conduct weekly rotating shift work
- Ability to maintain/obtain a US government issued security clearance at time of application

- Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
- Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
- Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing
