Seeking applicants for several full-time, non-tenure-track Acting Assistant Professor positions to teach a two-semester course. The Lawyering Program provides support for faculty scholarship and preparation for entering the law teaching market as well as opportunities for reflection on practice. Lawyering introduces first-year law students to legal analysis, fact development, legal research, legal writing, oral advocacy, and client counseling in litigation and transactional settings.
