The organization is known for its people-first culture, collaborative project teams, and commitment to developing employees into future operational leaders. Description For the Superintendent role we are seeking: 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction. Experience leading projects in healthcare, education, retail, office, manufacturing, industrial, or commercial sectors. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and site operations. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and drive project execution. Experience on projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M. Willingness to travel regionally as required by project needs. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A team-oriented professional who values integrity, accountability, and long-term career growth. Profile The Superintendent will report to regional construction leadership and work closely alongside Project Managers in a collaborative project delivery environment. This Superintendent role offers responsibility for managing field operations on projects ranging from $5M to $30M. Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics. Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Manage daily field operations and proactively resolve project challenges. Maintain strong communication with clients, project teams, and trade partners. Oversee site documentation, progress reporting, and project closeout activities. Job Offer Base salary of $100,000 - $160,000 depending on experience. Company truck or vehicle allowance of approximately $925 per month. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Stable backlog and strong pipeline of upcoming projects. Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. Company-supported travel arrangements with regular home time for traveling Superintendents.
