The Township is committed to providing high-quality municipal services and maintaining safe, attractive, and well-maintained neighborhoods.This full-time position is responsible for administering and enforcing Township rental housing, property maintenance, nuisance, zoning, and related municipal codes through inspections, investigations, documentation, and enforcement actions. The successful candidate will conduct rental licensing inspections, investigate complaints, issue notices of violation and citations, maintain inspection and licensing records, prepare reports, and work with residents, property owners, contractors, and Township staff to achieve compliance with applicable regulations.Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to interpret and apply municipal ordinances, and a commitment to professional customer service. A valid Pennsylvania Driver's License is required.
